The singer/actress appears in a promo shot for new tune We Can’t Stop wearing a black plunging one-piece and nailing a sultry pose as she stares sideways at the ground.
Her grown-up image is a far cry from her days as a youngster on Disney show Hannah Montana.
Miley, 20, announced the name of her song – from her upcoming fourth studio album – at last night’s Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.
Aside from strutting her stuff in a sexy bathing costume, Miley is also hoping to build up anticipation by launching a countdown to the single release on her official website.
We Can’t Stop was produced by Will.i.am – and the Black Eyed Peas star recently revealed Miley’s new music will “redefine” her.
Miley – who featured on Snoop Lion’s recent track Ashtrays And Heartbreaks – has been taking time out from her pop career to focus on movies.
Her last album, Can’t Be Tamed, was released in June 2010 and peaked at No8 in the UK and No3 in her native US.
